I - RETURN POLICY

Any item purchased on the Barbarah website can be returned.

You have a withdrawal period of 14 days following the receipt of your order.

Return Conditions:

Items must be in their original condition :

  • Must have the original tags attached

  • Must be accompanied by the original packaging

  • Must have the original tags attached .

Any returned product that is incomplete, damaged, worn, or dirty will not be accepted and will be returned to you

How to Make a Return ?

You will be asked for the reason for the return, the order number, and the product reference(s).

           II - EXCHANGE POLICY

You have the option to exchange products ordered online in-store, with the presentation of the invoice. The store is available to assist you in trying different sizes of the models ordered online, excluding "Outlet" items.

Before visiting, we recommend contacting the store to check the availability of the desired sizes.

Our store does not offer refunds for products purchased on the website.
