Exchanges and refunds
1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with consumer protection legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to request an exchange or a refund.
The request must be sent in writing to our customer service (email or official WhatsApp) before any return.
2. Conditions for accepting returns
The product must be:
unworn and unused
intact
in its original packaging
accompanied by its accessories
Any item that is damaged, worn, washed or altered will not be accepted.
3. Return Procedure
After the request has been validated:
The product must be shipped within 7 days.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Barbara Hat cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.
4. Reimbursement
After receiving and inspecting the product:

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days.

The initial delivery charges are non-refundable.
5. Customized / Made-to-Measure Products
Custom-made creations:
require a 50% deposit
are non-cancellable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable
6. Cancellation before shipment
Any standard order can be cancelled free of charge as long as it has not been shipped.
Once shipped, it falls under the return procedure.
